Today, airline travel is a very popular, fast and efficient way to go anywhere in the world. With more than 8 million people flying everyday, airplane manafacturers need to keep up. Boeing, a major aircraft manafacturer, has developed many planes for such purpose. For example, the Boeing 747 is one of the most popular planes today. With a capacity of 416 - 640 passengers depending on class configuration, it serves well for international flights. Also in the boeing family is the Boeing 777. The 777 can hold 314 - 451 passengers, depending on class configuration.

In today's busy flying age, Boeing isn't the only company that produces airplanes. Airbus is a massive airplane manafacturing company as well. Its biggest model, the Airbus A380, can hold a massive 853 passengers. This plane has two different stories to allow it to carry so many people. Also in the Airbus family is the A320. This smaller aircraft can only carry 150 passengers.
